This is a 10 week program and the target races will be the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure 5k on Saturday, October 9th and the Vulcan Run 10k on Saturday, November 6th.

R101 is for those new to running.

Also offering R201 for those who can comfortably run 2 miles but need help getting over the hump to the 5k/10k... same price, same races.
