SPARC/Run Camp

Annual Running Retreats  and our new SPARC camp for Speed, Agility and Power! 

Stay Tuned for More Information on our next event (SPARC Run Camp) October 2018 in Pensacola Beach! Our spring run camp will be March 2019.

All instructors are Certified Run Coaches, the Yoga instructor is certified, Pilates Instructor is Certified as well as 2 Certified Personal Trainers.

Last year’s schedule: 
Thursday afternoon/evening: Welcome and check in.
Friday morning – breakfast. Followed by a run in the Smoky Mtn Nat’l Park. Return to Lodge
Saturday morning – breakfast. Followed by a run in the Smoky Mtn Nat’l Park (to Cataract Falls, so a different route). Return to Lodge for lunch.
The remainder of each day will be filled with Yoga, Pilates, Body Weight exercises for Runners as well as talks on:
Nutrition
Running and the ‘magic’ of weight loss
Injuries: Prevention, Proper Diagnosis, Treatment, and Recovery
Developing Self Confidence & Mental Toughness

***Saturday afternoons sessions end early for those who want to take advantage of the Outlet Center.

All meals are provided – Saturday evening is a cookout.

Sunday morning – Breakfast at the lodge followed by The Cheesy Run (lots of fun photo’s) to Patriot Park; where we’ll have an introduction to Speed Work as well as Drills to improve technique and form followed by a return run alongside Pigeon Creek back to The Apple Barn for Brunch.

*Runs vary in length – there’s a 3 mile and 5 mile ‘turn off’ on the Smoky Mtn Runs. Saturday offers a slightly longer run if desired and time permitting.

* The price is all inclusive except Thursday evening off site & Sunday Brunch.

* Spouses/SO Package allows for spousal/SO participation in any, all, or none of the activities – their choice.

*This is a Runners Retreat – It is designed to be fun, educational, exciting, challenging, and did I say fun? It’s a long weekend spent with terrific people in a beautiful section of the South running, exploring, learning and improving. ALL instructors are *Certified Run Coaches*, *Certified Yoga Instructor*, *Certified Pilates Group Instructor* and *Certified Personal Trainer*. There will NOT be a more qualified staff in the Southeast!

Your reservation is secure with a $99 non-refundable deposit (though it is transferable). Rooms are available on a 1st-arrive basis – though ALL rooms are nice.
